A Widget for controlling Winamp, a popular media player. Uses COM to plug into Winamp, please be advised that it registers a COM object at the first run, DO NOT run on guest accounts for the first time only.
Compatible with Winamp 3 and above, however, for complete functionality Winamp 5 is recommended.

All of the features work great and it's very aesthetically pleasing, however, the volume control doesn't seem to work. It's probably more related to the fact that I have the latest release of Winamp, which may have a different interface or memory map.

SeanI love the interface of this widget, but if Winamp is running and I turn on the widget, Winamp crashes. I really will it worked better, it's beautiful.

Mike EI like the widget, but I'd *love* it if it were able to control Winamp w/o Winamp running in the background, and also if it could be collapsed, like you can do w/ the mini iTunes Remote widget.
Is this widget still being developed???

November 16, 2007 · version 1.0 CharlèneI use this one with QCD and found it great with a problem with the sound volume that upsets me. When I start it, the wave volume in windows mixer is up to max and I just can't set the volume using ths slider on winamp remote: as soon as I release the slider, the volume goes up boom again to max.... ????
Any idea?
