I really like this widget but I often have the need to count down rather than count up. Is it possible to make it act as a simple countdown timer and still keep track of the time for each project?

Follow up to my previous post: regarding #1 - there's a summary view & detail is also available in Excel; regarding #2 - now I see how it works... hmmm, this way is actually very convenient.

Great widget. At work I've been using a timer from CCH's Visual Time (Wolters Kluwer) and their product totally sucks - I finally found a great replacement.

Looks great, nice design, and I would really like to use it, but... 1) when I stop the timer it immediately resets the time to zero - I would expect it to just stop the time so that I could continue with that project at some later point 2) when the timer is running, I can switch between two projects, but the time stays the same, i.e. it keeps going as if the projects didn't change. Any suggestions? If not for the above, I would give it 5+ stars.
