by Charlie Chambers

Haven't used this yet so I won't Rate it, but it seems to need the ability to choose which direction you are facing.

Doesn't work. Using OS 10.3.4, latest version of Konfabulator. All settings are accurate including lat/lon, timezone, and screen width (mine is set to "Wide"--I have a 17" iMac). What can I do to troubleshoot this?

Man dude, it's awesome. When I don't get outside or else it's cloudy, I still know where the sun is. OK this applies to skinnylegs, yo, what's-up dawg. UMMMMMMMM, try pulling the triangle to the top of your screen and it should show up during the day. If that doesn't work go make sure that your long. latt. are set to your town or area.

The sun crashes at my location whose lat. is 127E and long. is 38N.
    The console.log says that
    --------
    Konfabulator[11887] Rect: Window off screen: x -506.00, y -222.00, width 300.00, height 200.00
Konfabulator[11888] Exception raised to main; restarting Widget: *** -[NSTextView replaceCharactersInRange:withString:]: nil NSString given.
    --------
    Any idea?

I consider this as a simulation of how the sun would appear from Earth, looking toward the equator. (and as Whipper commented, the sun will go from right to left for southern lattitudes) As a view from behind the sun, the calculations (especially those for the height of the sun) would need to be different.
As for the moon, I am already working on it... I hope to be able to add in a planet or two while I'm at it (those without large perturbations).
Thanks for all the nice comments!
