You can not load this widget on to a blog or web because:

1. Yahoo widgets can only work when they can access the widget engine on a pc
2. They must access a computer to get the pictures
3. it needs to access the internet to get the updated weather.

You may be thinking of Google widgets which are entirely different

I love this........its great to see my dog plus the weather. Being a dog lover like i am....this is an awesome idea.
