That's strange... With what application has the widget been opened? Did you have the Yahoo Widgets engine installed first? If so, what version of engine do you use? Are you on a Mac or a Windows machine? Did you try to download the widget again (maybe it was an error during transfer) By the way, the butterfly is moving, flapping, or is just a static image?
Please provide me with some more information so I can try to help...
