National Weather Service

Displays notifications from the National Weather Service (NWS) RSS feed for any US state.

Supports any combination of high, medium, and low priority notifications within keyword filters and/or specific state zones.

Notification preferences for each respective priority consist of sound and text to speech.

All notifications can be viewed in detail from the either the desktop or the NWS web site.

I was just notified of a "Child Abduction Emergency" here in Illinois. Luckily the child and suspect were located in Arizona. This is a very valuable widget.
