Light saber
A light saber Widget for Yahoo! Widget Engine, similar to the one for the Mac Dashboard widget runtime environment by Tom Clark (Thanks to Tom for the images). It includes customisable hilts and swords, and full sound effects.
Not available for Macs yet because of reports of it not working from the forums, and as I don't have a Mac, development is difficult.

AlexIt's cool and nice BUT you cant do much with it. i like how it looks and the fact you can change the colors but it cant do much. and then i think but what can it actually do it it were to have options? burn paper? it be cooler if you can touch files with it and the files be sent to the garbage or something you know...but then it still be OK.

to interact with a target requires you to use the call and response API on a constantly updating schedule
look at Scott Irving's Squareman and Circleman
Irving has them send eachother messages. I think the code's a bit inefficient but that's the basic idea.
