I'm getting an error when I try and load this widget. I've been an avid KEXP listener and this would be a great tool for me. Can you email me with a current stable working widget file?

Thanks for the advice mike. I had the same error with 3.1, and used that 'converter' widget to open up the file, used a text editor to change that utf value from 16 to 8, re-converted back to a widget and it works fine. Great advice - this is my most-used widget, as I listen to kexp.org every day. :)

Great widget. I too had the same problems with version 3.1 of the widget engine. I fixed it by changing the first line of the .kon file for this widget. The first line of xml file specifies utf-16 encoding and I changed this to utf-8 and all is well.
