iTunes Bar

by Daniel Dickison

This full-featured iTunes Widget is thin and wide, ideal for keeping it at the top or bottom of the screen without eating up screen real-estate. Very customizable and skinnable.

It features all the standard displays and controls plus a separate artwork window. Artwork downloaded from Amazon can be embedded in to song files. This Widget also provides hotkeys for iTunes control as well as integration with lyrics searching Widgets.

    I just wish you could make it, well, un-barlike. As in smaller, like Mini iTunes Remote. :/ Only reason I use that and not this.

    For everyone that upgraded and had the widgets cease to work...do the following:

    1. Quit iTunes.
    2. Navigate to where iTunes.exe resides on the hard disk:
    \Program Files\iTunes
    or
    \Program Files (x86)\iTunes
    3. Right-click in the Address field at the top of the Windows Explorer window and choose Copy Address.
    4. From the Windows Start menu, type cmd in the Search field and press Enter.
    XP users will need to choose Run... from the Start menu, type cmd and press Enter
    5. Type cd f More

    (sry 4 double post)

    as for that 'iTunes' button that usually is on oe edge of this iTunes bar..:
    it works fine when iTunes is not running - I can click it, get that extended dropdown menu and may hit 'Open iTunes' - works fine;
    however, once iTunes is running, the button in question well get 'stuck' when it's clicked and no dropdown menu will appear;
    thus I'm pretty sure there's a slight incompatibility with the newest version (v8.2.1)
