Approachble Yet UnattainablePlease delete this futile widget. It doesn't work and is very misleading.

JamoI can't find this widget when I install it and use it. I've tried 3 times to re-install it but nothing changes. It shows up in the widget dock and I can change the preferences but I can't see it anywhere on my screen.
Where does it go?
I see there've been a lot of complaints about this, any chance of fixing it? It would be such a useful widget.
