Gmail Status
Gmail Status is a Konfabulator Widget that checks your unread Gmail messages. Clicking on the unread message count exposes a small message reader in which you can read one line summaries of your mail. Clicking on the envelope icon launches you to the Gmail website.
Gmail Status is integrated with Mac OS X's Keychain, so you may experience some security dialogs the first time you run the Widget. Gmail Status uses the Keychain to share access to your Gmail account credentials with your web browser; your account information is not stored in Konfabulator's plaintext preference file.
Gmail Status accesses Gmail's Atom feed using HTTP basic auth over SSL, so your password is not transmitted over the network in plaintext. Less

GlenWhile the widget will install on Windoze, Windoze users don't have a MacOS Keychain.
Is there any way to use this widget without the keychain?

JamesHey, your widget is apparently only available as a dmg file. I use a Windows PC, how am I supposed to use that? is there a program i can download to read it?
