Ummm...yes you are. Ok, I guess that's not a very good answer.

My widgets just make simple http requests, just like a browser would. I guess I would suggest trying some other widgets to see if any of them work, as other Mac and WIndows users are using these widgets with v2.1.

Version 2.1 did have some minor impact on the widgets, but they still work ok. If you aren't getting anything, it's an indication that the widgets are not able to make http reque…sts to the URLs. I guess this might be due to security on your Mac. Difficult for me to tell.

If you are really interested in the widgets, I can create a debug version for you to run and we can trace if the problem on your PC is indeed the inability for the widget to make an HTTP request. More

This widget doesn't retrieve any info despite an always on connection, even when I turn off the firewall. For what its worth, your MLBScores widget also appears to be dead in the water on my Powerbook, 10.3.8. Am I missing something?

I'll look into the issue of JS and weird data. I'm sure I missed something somewhere. The HTML on the website is sometimes really awful...totally different on different pages...so I try some tricks to still catch things.

I'm surprised at a lot of these comments, but first let me say this is a great little widget and the only problem I've run into is when it can't scrub the data correctly. Sometimes there's javascript in there, sometimes it's blank.

To reply to every damn feature request, let me just say that if someone offers you chocolate mousse common etiquette us is to say "gosh thanks, I like chocolate mousse" you do have the option of saying &…quot;no thanks, I'm full." But you cannot say "I think mousse is nice, but I'm feeling like creme-brule" Why? because, other than being a dessert and being on that topic, it shares nothing with the formert. The chef cannot retroactively go in there an change chocolate mousse into creme brule, he'd have to start all over.

So, if you wanted something different, don't ask for it, go in the kitchen and make it yourself. it's easy!
