Doenloaded the widget on both my laptop, which works perfectly. I also downloaded it on my desktop, which also downloaded fine except there is no text (drug information) to go along with the widget. I'm sure I did something wrong. My email is "mucci@earthlink.net" Thank you.

If you send me a personal message in the forum section, I will send you a version of the widget with the debugger turned on. Hopefully, this will tell us where the problem lies.

mlw1980, thanks very much for your kind message. I always feel I should repeat to be sure to check with your doctor before taking any meds.

John MoMo, this could be caused by a variety of things. Some suggestions: 1) Make sure you are running the very latest version of Konfabulator, 2) Make sure that you have an active internet connection, 3) If you have some firewall or internet security software running, you may try to temporarily disable it to see if it can work, 4) If you primary langua…ge is set to something other than English, you may try to set it to English temporarily to see if that is the problem.
