Day Planner - Calendar
This is a Day Planner / Calendar Widget. Originally, I started developing it as I wanted a big calendar where I could see several months at a glance (up to 12 months in this version) but it evolved into something more complex with possibility to add events and "to-do" tasks.

grogdesignThis little widget is almost perfect...i do hope that the following changes could be made:
1. The possiblility to syncronise with not only google cal, but yahoo cal, outlook and Ical (macintosh).
2 . The ability to view the widget calender in day view as well as 3 days at once...when you have lots of items in one day...its really hard to view them all..the ability to switch betwwen 3 days, single day or week would be handy..
If i think of anymore i will make a note...but as fare as it goes so f… More

I actually recently added a new function to export to a ".dpc" archive, which basically contains all your data folder into a single file. You then just need to reimport it in your new computer to get all your calendars and events back.
This new feature is in:
- Tools Export To DPC archive
and
- Tools Import From DPC archive

google sync problem
nevermatchsocksGreat calendar but it freezes up a lot. It doesn't really sync with my google calendar. It got the initial info but it doesn't update as i add new events.

grogdesign, unfortunately I don't plan to support any APIs other than Google Calendar. I also won't provide any additional views, or make any other major changes to the way the widget work. The main reason is that I can't update the widget here on Yahoo because the gallery is broken. So there's no point making any new development since most people won't even know about it. The majority of DPC users are still using version 2.22.60, which is half-broken and 8 months old.
