OMG. Oops. Wrong again. 33dBm -> 2W, 30dBm ->1W, 27dBm -> 0.5W. That's a simple rule : -3dB is 1 divided by 2.

Of couse, I saw the readme document... after several error came out. :P I just think it would be better if the units are shown on the interface directly. Someone careless like me would not pay attention to your tooltips. >_< But I also know if you put units on it, the interface would not be neat and clean and also user's input choice will be limited... However I need to say that dBm is widely use in industry and engineer's brain only interprets some special values from time to t…ime, such as 33dBm -> 1W and 30dBm -> 0.5W. Yes. They are confusing but just like centigrade and fahrenheit, people use them. @_@ More

PigTailLeo: Thanks for the comments. The data fields and units are described in the tooltips and the use of ratio/dB is also explained in the documentation. I agree that you might expect "Attenuation" to be positive - perhaps I should call that field "Gain". I do have to use the sign to distinguish ratio from dB.
