How can we rate a Five Stars for this one ???

It's amazing to see a simple project tend to mute slowly to a giant thing ! we say "Usine à gaz" in France
I think that to implement the feature the simplest way is :
1 USD = xxxx Eur
1 GBP = xxxx Eur
Use of the official name of money is simple and easily
understanble
When I say "grid" I dont think to have ALL the exchange but only 2 x 2

I realize the limit of this widget that it can't display something like 1 USD = X.XXX EUR and 1 GBP = X.XXX EUR. Honestly I'm not sure if I should implement this feature, because I don't know how this can be displayed efficiently. So I need some good idea here.

I am not sure about the grid idea either, because in my experience with My Yahoo! (where this feature is available), I typically ignore most of the (n x n) numbers except for the (n - 1) rates that I really look for. Since we… all look at the exchange rate in a particular way, it might be a waste of the precious desktop space if all (n x n) rates are displayed, even if that provides the information in the most comprehensively way. Again, any good idea on how this could be done logically and efficiently is welcome.

You guys are right. I don't know why I didn't think about having the option for transparent background. And yet it's the easiest one to do.

I'll need to check into how one creates an image with dark glass effect. As you probably all know, I cannot just take the dark glass image from the weather widget since it's copyrighted by Pixoria/Yahoo!.

Yes, fully agree with that ! this one is near the perfect one! No background is a good idea, another one is this kind of "black glass" we see in "The weather" for example.
I also prefer to have the dollar vs Euro instead Euro vs Dollar but in this case I cannot have the same thing with GBP as the reference is $. so can we imagine to have a 2x2 kind of spreadsheet with :
$ > €
£ > €
